Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. bdsj96 reserves the right to verify age at any time, and if false information is provided the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Registration Requirements

At the time of account registration, users must meet the following conditions:

  • All information must be true, accurate and complete.
  • Each person may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is not permitted.
  • The user must be a resident of Bangladesh or be able to transact in Bangladeshi currency.
  • The email address and phone number provided at registration must be active.
  • If a user has previously been banned by bdsj96, they are not permitted to open a new account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdsj96 may at any time request a copy of a user's National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued identification for the purpose of identity verification. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Purpose of identity verification: To prevent money laundering, fraud, and to ensure the security of the user's account. Your information is kept completely safe and confidential.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) completely private and secure. Allowing any other person to use the account without authorization is strictly prohibited.

  • You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bdsj96 support team immediately.
  • Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device.
  • bdsj96 will not be held responsible if user information is stolen through phishing or fraudulent means.

bdsj96 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure. However, it is the user's own responsibility to ensure the security of their personal device and connection.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the bdsj96 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may apply depending on the method used.

  • Deposited funds must come from an account registered in the user's own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly; if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please notify the support team.
  • bdsj96 reserves the right to verify the source of deposits when necessary.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.

  • Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the deposit, where possible.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
  • Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed.
  • bdsj96 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold during an investigation.
  • It may not be possible to cancel or modify a withdrawal request once submitted.

Please note: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, bdsj96 may initiate an additional verification process and place the relevant transaction on hold if necessary. In such situations, the user may be asked to provide supporting documents.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Example: a ৳1,500 bonus requires a total of ৳37,500 in wagers.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please read them carefully.
  • Wagering requirements apply to winnings earned using bonus funds.
  • Some games may contribute fully or partially toward bonus wagering — please refer to the game information.
  • Special rules may apply when multiple bonuses are active at the same time.
  • Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in cancellation and may lead to account closure.
  • bdsj96 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

The bdsj96 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week; Gold — up to 0.7% cashback per week; Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week; Diamond — up to 1.2% cashback per week. Progress through VIP tiers depends on the user's overall activity on the platform.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to placing bets on all games available on the bdsj96 platform, including slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting and other games.

6.1 General Betting Rules

  • Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bdsj96 will attempt to restore the bet to its state before the error occurred.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits are stated in the guidelines for each game.
  • All game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
  • If evidence of manipulation is found in a game, the relevant bets and winnings will be voided.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket, football and other sports, the odds in effect at the time the bet is accepted will apply. If an event is cancelled, the staked amount for that bet will be refunded. In live betting, odds may change rapidly and the last confirmed odds will apply.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

bdsj96 is committed to ensuring fair play. Using any automated software, bots or other unfair methods to play is prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be subject to investigation.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Providing false identity, name or contact information.
  • Using third-party payment methods.
  • Using bots, automated software or algorithms to play games.
  • Abusing the bonus system or coordinating to exploit bonuses.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Harassing, threatening or deceiving other users.
  • Attempting to introduce harmful software or malware to the platform.

10. Account Closure and Cancellation

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time. Any remaining valid balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Please notify the support team to request closure.

10.2 Closure at bdsj96's Initiative

bdsj96 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.

  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
